Supernatural TV Show
Something cool is happening in our neighborhood! They are filming an episode of the TV show “Supernatural” in the very place we have been walking our dogs at several times a week. The abandoned Airforce barracks is currently one big tv set. While we were walking there a couple days ago, they were putting up a couple small buildings/props. Of course I had Brent take some photos! We didn’t know what they were planning to film there but I was dying to find out so I asked one of the security guards and she told me. How cool!!! This area is usually bare - nothing is there but some old streets that are only used by people walking their dogs. They built a small Cafe and what looks like an old inn that is almost burnt down. They also brought in a scorched motorhome and they put up a street lamp and a stop sign. They were actually filming today as we went to go for a walk but the place was packed with people and cars and we weren’t able to go in for our walk. Too bad, I would have loved to see them filming! I’ve only seen the show a couple times but now I’m going to start watching it - apparently they do a lot of filming in this area - and they film the show Smallville around here too. So cool!!! (I don’t watch that show either, but maybe I should)
How exciting! I don’t watch the show either but it would be exciting to see a filming set spring up near you.
You have no idea how absolutely happy you have made us Supernatural fans. Not only for the joy of seeing the filming and thus gaining another fan, but for one incredible plot twist that so many of us have been praying for for a long time to happen. Thank you! You are our new hero!
p.s. please keep walking those dogs many times a day close to that set
and give us every little detail you can discover! Thanks again!

You’ve made us Supernatural fans estatic! If you see an impala or hot men, take pictures! =D Wal your dogs every few hours if you must. We would all crown you our hero of the year for sure. =)

I agree with the others, your dogs need more exercise go walk them on the hour every hour and see if you can snap some of Jared/Jensen/The Impala. im so jealous right now hehe

hollycrap, that looks like the Roadhouse in the last pic. The Roadhouse must burn down in the season finale. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s what I’m guessing. Man, I wish I lived in Vancouver so I could see them filming. Maybe I’ll pay Vancouver a vist next year during season three.

Wow — that is really cool. I love Supernatural! That would be so much fun to see a set and all the stuff they are doing! I bet you wont think the same of your favorite dog walking place after you see the show!
