New contest!!

A new contest started today at Scrap Galaxy - it’s called Spring Bling and the winner will recieve Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0

There is also another contest (Seeing Stars) going on that’s sponsored by the Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine - the winning layout will be published in the fall issue of the magazine!!
